By making an appointment with us you are agreeing to all of our Policies.
Our Policies
Appointments
A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve appointments at Wilted Lily. Your payment information is securely stored through Phorest and may be charged in accordance with our policies stated below.
Pricing
All prices listed are starting prices and are subject to change without notice. Our pricing is based on the length, thickness, and condition of your hair, as these factors influence the time and products needed to achieve your desired results. Please note that some goals may require multiple sessions to accomplish.
Timing for your Appointment
Please allow plenty of time for your appointment. We want you to truly enjoy your visit and look forward to coming to the salon. Often luxury hair appointments can last 2-3+ hours for a color refresh, highlight, glaze and blowout. If you have any concerns regarding duration of appointments, please feel free to contact the salon or consult with your stylist in advance.
Extensions
If you decided at your consultation you would like to invest in extensions a retainer fee is due at the time of booking. This fee is based off of what your hair goals are and the cost of service which is all discussed during the consultation. This retainer fee is non refundable. All extension sales are final.
Your Wardrobe
We know you like to look cute at your appointment, and we want you to look cute too! Unfortunately getting your hair done can be an intense and messy process. We try to protect your clothing at all times the best we can but unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any damaged clothing or personal items during your appointment.
Cancellations
If you need to reschedule we respectfully request that you do so at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the cancellation fee is 50% of your service cost.
No Shows
All appointments are required to have a credit card on file as part of booking. If you reserve an appointment time with us and do not show up or do not call you will be charged for 50% of the service.
Late Arrival
Please try to be prompt for your appointment, we always try to be on time for you so we ask the same. Out of respect for all of our guests, if you are 10 minutes late or more you may be asked to reschedule and will have the 50% cancellation fee due for the time that was reserved for your appointment.
Product Return and exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with products purchased directly from Wilted Lily Salon we are happy to swap them out for a product of equal or lesser value as long as they have only been used once and are 99% full. We cannot issue refunds on open products. If the swap out is a higher priced item, the guest is responsible to make up the difference. We cannot issue a refund on products
that have been opened/used. If your product is unopened we are happy to issue a refund or swap out within 30 days of purchase.
Please do not bring anyone to your appointment
Due to the size of our salon and desire to create the best environment possible for our clients and staff, we cannot have extra guests on the salon floor or in the reception area.
No Children/Animals
Because of the nature of a salon environment we do not allow children or animals for their safety, the safety of stylists, and for legal liability. We love hearing about them and seeing photos but with chemicals, hot tools, cords, and wanting to give you our complete focus and best work we ask you arrange for childcare prior to your appointment. If your childcare arrangements unexpectedly change, please notify the salon at your earliest convenience and we will do our best to accommodate your needs in the best way available.
Redos
If you feel like we've missed the mark or that you aren't completely satisfied, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment. We would love to explore finding a solution with you.

The Stylist Level System at Wilted Lily offers our clients options when it comes to booking salon services.

Levels are based on education and demand. As our stylists grow in each area, they earn the opportunity to be promoted to more advanced levels.
All Stylists hold a NC license and are salon certified in Davines color + product line
Seed Stylists
Apprentices—Our apprenticeship program is a six month program intended to plant seeds for stylists, eager to learn and grow within our company. With the guidance of higher level stylists, apprentices take on clients who are open to be models at a discounted rate. As it takes years of experience to find one’s niche, our program is intended to help guide stylists in the right direction and focus on their strong suits.
